Soosan SB43 hydraulic breakers: factory-lined, packaged, industrial-ready.

Hydraulic Breaker SB43

Core Specifications

  •  Matching Equipment: Ideal for 6–9 ton excavators and backhoe loaders, with multiple mount types available (side type, box type, banana type) to fit different equipment setups
  •  Key Parameters: 75 mm chisel diameter, operating pressure of 120–150 kg/cm², and oil flow range of 50–90 L/min
  • Operating Weight: Approximately 375 kg, balancing power and maneuverability for efficient on-site operation

Upper, Middle & Lower Cylinder Identification

Precision-machined hydraulic cylinder blocks: industrial-grade, custom-engineered components.

Upper Cylinder (Nitrogen Chamber) Location: Top section, connected to the accumulator.

Key features: Houses nitrogen gas for energy storage; has gas charging valves and top flanges for mounting. No piston movement here—only nitrogen compression/expansion.

Middle Cylinder (Hydraulic Core) Location: Central section, between upper and lower cylinders.

Key features: Contains the piston, hydraulic ports, and control valves. This is where hydraulic pressure drives piston movement, generating impact energy. Look for hydraulic inlets/outlets and internal seals.

Lower Cylinder (Tool Interface) Location: Bottom section, attached to the tool (chisel) area.

Key features: Holds the chisel, bushings, and retaining pins. Directly interacts with the work surface; features wear-resistant liners and chisel guides.
